<title><![CDATA[TECHWEB靠什么吸引了我两年？]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[<DIV>网友问：TW每日流量中，新用户和老用户的比例是多少，来路大多来自哪里? </DIV>

<P>祝志军：TechWeb流量增长了150%以上，而人均浏览变化不大，我想大部分是新用户贡献的吧。来自那里，我也不清楚，我们从来没有做过广告。</P>

<P>这份采访稿，我去年就读过了。今天重新看一遍，是因为我想从我的角度来回答一个问题：TechWeb为什么火起来了？</P>

<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 我上TechWeb是从06年9-10月左右开始的。进大学后发现自己对互联网比较感兴趣，于是要我的师兄杜亮给我推荐了几个网站。清晰的记得，他在我寝室桌子上，拿支笔写了五个网站。在一张小纸片上面。时隔两年，现在找不到那张纸了，但是我清楚记得三个：TechWeb、DONEWS、MARKETINGMAN。另外两个当时去上了，后来再没有去过。</P>
<P>&nbsp;</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 刚开始的时候，三个网站都会去看。过不了多久，MARKETINGMAN这个站好像就没有去过了。再紧接着，感觉DONEWS页面比较乱，蓝色的背景，好小的字体，感觉找信息比较吃力，所以DONEWS也上的少了，包括现在也是一样，基本是几个月才偶尔去下。为什么选择TechWeb呢，首先觉得它的页面比较大方，清晰感比较强，更值得一提的是下面的宽频比较有趣，刚开始只有一种宽频，后来改版了，不像现在上面还加了个天线视频，此外发现很多人在骂那个主持人，我比较老实，看不惯人家没有道理地乱骂，加上看过老祝那篇博客有点感受，所以曾经在那些骂人的语言下面，留了句“开放的社会，宽容的心。”我比较喜欢看的就是炳叔戴副墨镜，和那个女主持人聊天。觉得比较随意，比较生动。后来还加了炳叔的QQ，不过发现他基本不上QQ。</P>

<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 喜欢上TechWeb之后，我在里面学习到了很多东西，讲实话，我开始深入了解互联网是从TW开始的。了解到互联网的一些人物、一些互联网模式、一些常用的习语，也从TW了解到了其他更多优秀的网站。一直到后来，培养了对电子商务和互联网的狂热追求。为了这个事情，我真心的感谢过杜亮——现在点意盛世的总经理。因为，他推荐给我的网站让我快速地进入了角色。</P>
<P>&nbsp;</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 任何东西都是相互的，我感觉TW好，于是我周围的人也跟着我上TW。包括在一些交流会，或者平时闲聊时候，再或者别人要我给他推荐网站的时候，我都会毫无保留地推荐给他们。我不知道我的那些朋友同学是否也像我这样发挥了接力棒的作用，把别人传给我的火种，传递给更多的人，让更多人受益。我感觉培养一批忠实用户，比做广告宣传更重要。</P>

<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 再接着，07年暑假，在刘兴亮老师的推荐下，我参加了IT龙门阵第三期，陈彤主讲的那个。那一次，我看到了主席台上面有个TW的图标，非常激动，因为人在网络上看到的东西，在现实中又遇到总是不可思议的。回来之后，我感触很多，更加坚定了对TW的忠实度。</P>

<P>&nbsp;&nbsp; 相信看完了，你也就知道TW为什么火起来了。没有做广告，但是有内容、有亮点，最重要的是培养了一批忠实的FANS，不火起来都不行呀！</P>
